X-10 is an automation system we only use to retrofit older homes without the preferred structured wiring and networks of a new home. X-10 allows our installation team to automate existing homes without rewiring to control lights, heating and cooling, garage doors, etc via the current electrical system.
During your yearly service calls, you’ll learn how the customer service request process works, and you’ll get a chance to have all your questions answered or schedule an in home inspection with your customer service field manager. If you choose the latter, we’ll come and inspect every room of the home to look for any defects or items that need repair.
